OMIDIORA, CLEMENT OLALERE TAYE – HND, MBA, ACIB, FCTI, FCA

Clement Omidiora is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with nearly four decades of professional experience. He became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 1987 and commenced his career at Pannell Kerr Forster (now PKF Professional Services) in April 1988, following the completion of his professional examinations.

During his tenure at PKF, he was actively involved in auditing, accounting, taxation, and management consulting services across a broad spectrum of industries—including banking and finance, manufacturing, oil and gas, services, distribution, retail, and government sectors. He served as Client Manager on numerous engagements and eventually rose to the role of Resident Manager, overseeing the firm’s operations in Niger State and Abuja.

Clement led or participated in audits for several notable organizations, including:

After leaving PKF, Clement joined Union Bank of Nigeria Plc., where he served for over fourteen years. He ascended to the position of Assistant General Manager before retiring in 2016 to return to professional practice.
